This journal article on the need for transition clinics for adolescents with chronic illness was published in the Indian Journal of Pediatrics in February 2020. The resource was shared with the Child Health Task Force by a participant in the "Lifelong Care for Children with Chronic Conditions" discussion series from the Department of Paediatrics, Government Medical College, Thrissur, Kerala, India.
