2022 Drought Response: Action Against Hunger, Somalia's Experience

The Nutrition subgroup of the Child Health Task Force hosted a webinar to share the strategies and approaches used to address the drought crisis in Somalia. Action Against Hunger presented the challenges they faced, such as access to affected communities and the need for sustainable solutions. The presentation also highlighted the health and nutrition cluster system in Somalia, the country's nutrition policy and guidelines and the organization's nutrition technical capacity and supportive interventions.
