Ready to Learn and Thrive: School Health and Nutrition (UNESCO, LSHTM) Presentation- February 14, 2023

The Child Health Task Force, UNESCO, and the Research Consortium for School Health and Nutrition hosted a webinar to mark the publication of the joint report, Ready to Learn and Thrive: School Health and Nutrition around the World (highlights here).

During the presentation, participants heard from UNESCO, to introduce this ground-breaking publication, and the Research Consortium for School Health and Nutrition, to describe how country-led efforts of more than 75 countries are working to restart, scale, and increase the quality of national school meals and complementary programs, guided by independent evidence generated by a global network of academics to inform robust policymaking.
