Using Data to Design an Evidence-based Social and Behavior Change Program in Rural Nepal - (SHOPS PLUS, 2019)
This brief report shows how SHOPS Plus collected data from hundreds of women in rural Nepal to pinpoint barriers to healthy behavior adoption. In collaboration with the Nepal CRS Company, SHOPS Plus then used the findings as the foundation for district-specific social and behavior change programs focused on contraceptive access and choice, diarrhea treatment and prevention, antenatal care, and facility delivery.

Reimagining Technical Assistance for Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health
The Child Health Task Force has partnered with Sonder Collective to support the ministries of health in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Nigeria in reimagining the current technical assistance model using human-centered design (HCD), with support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation through JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc.(JSI). This approach focuses on the needs and motivations of the end users of technical assistance such as MOH at national and subnational levels.
